GSA Grant Writer Pro Raven Media Lied about charges unauthorized debit charges ripoff

Was supposed to charge $3,95 for S & H of a CD instead charged $39.95 two months in row.
When I called to talk to the man I first talked to he was either gone or on he phone.
The address is very close to another company that charged unauthorized charges to my debit card, may be connected. Both in Suite 859 and 859A
