Returns not as advertised, customer service is very poor, guarantee not honored Vernon Ripoff Hills

I have tried Gary Jerzorski's, Currency Exchange Profits for five month now. This is my experience:
(1) at no time did I ever double my money and at one time, following the advice of their videos, I was almost $1000 in debt which needed to be paid back to DX in One
(2) several inquiries to customer service resulted in slow responses and/or no responses, or answers received did not address the question asked only furthering the frustration with the program
(3) after five months, I am just now earning my original investment back
(4) conversations with Gary Jerzorski and Carlos Cruz regarding the issues listed above and requesting a refund were futile and their answers seemed designed to obfuscate
