The computer astrological reading can be legitimate as these things go - just software. But this is not human contact as is pretended. They go so far as to send you a pict with your name hand written, further reinforcing the personal connection. They show a crystal configuration made just for you and speak of your enormous untapped capacities, etc. Jenna knows because she is a "born psychic".

Indeed, you get the result of a program that can be bought, itself. But the lure is the con, and if they are efficient then millions can be banked before they are finally stopped in their tracks.
