Thieves, Liars, Rip-off They take the money and Run!

This company is a total scam. We paid $1499 over 6 weeks ago. Still no mattress.

First, they wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls when I tried to arrange delivery (they managed to run the charge thru the same day I ordered)

They their recording said they had a SMALL fire and would be back in business in a few days..

Still no response to emails or calls. More than suspicious, I filled out their online info request form saying I was interested in a mattress ASAP, But, I input my sister's information since they knew my name. Guess what? They called her in less than two minutes and tried to sell her a bed!

That's funny that they are able to continue to sell beds but they cannot actually provide you with one! CROOKS!

Will says he's the owner. We contacted our bank, filed a fraud report and they are investigating. Our bank contacted them and MAGICALLY, Will left us a voice mail saying talking about their "fire" and how they've lost records, blah, blah, blah, and that we shouldn't contact other people about this because it makes him look bad! Wow, this crook has some nerve! He left his cell phone 845-464-9554. Said it would be several weeks before they would truly be back in business.

If any of this were even remotely true, an honest company would have offered a refund but not Will and FoamExperts. He wants you to continue to believe you will receive your merchandise so he can keep on making money and run!

Do not trust this company! Liars, thieves, and there were no reports of a business fire in kingston, ny
