Judgment filed for grandmother's paid debt, lien on my home

My grandmother's debt was paid off and we sent them proof and they still filed a judgment against her. And get this I made the mistake of getting on the phone to tell them off I gave them my name and now there is a lien against my home for $2000. What do I do?
