I receaved a notice that i have ben selected as a winne

1. Thay wanted me to send them $11.89 for prossesing fee.
2. I sent the money and the only thing i receaved is more confermation letters about 15 the 3rd week after isent it.
3. Thay tell you that you are a winner so that you will send the money.
4. If you do it they just got $11.89 for free.
5. If thay sent 10,000 notices out and 8,000 peaple responded thats a lot of money.
6. Someone needs to do something about this becouse someone is geting rich by steeling from every one else.
