RIP OFF Internet

I need assistance on finding out how I can get my money back from this company. I have tried numerous times by phone but have been unsuccessful due to high traffic on the other end. I have not yet received a CD and have been charged for the past 4 months 3 fees that were not disclosed. The 3 services being unwillingly charged are from GRANT WRITER PRO 866-370-7270 NV $ 29.95, NETWORKAGENDA.com ST GEORGE UT $ 7.95, GRANT SEARCH ASSISTANT ST GEORGE UT $ 5.95. I have continously tried calling the number listed but have been unsuccessful. I have also tried calling and emailing the below information and have not yet received any response back. I am looking to report this company as a fraud and would like to know if anyone has had any success getting their money back. Any support is deeply appreciated in this regards.
