I purchased a stormvac in Jan.'06 & ret'd it the 1st week of Feb. I paid via credit card but never rec'd my credit. I am still waiting. I have since called many times only to get hung up on or on hold

I ordered a stormvac via an infomercial in Jan of this year only to be disappointed when I rec'd it so I ret'd in within 2 days. I never rec'd my credit which I put on my cc. I called various times & when I finally got thru, I was told that they rec'd my return & I should see a credit w/in 10 business days.

This did not happen so I called again & was told that they could not understand why I did not rec'v my credit but they'll be sure to have it sent thru this time & I will see a credit shortly.

When I still did not rec'v my credit, I called again & was referred to a dif. # supposedly on the east coast. I couldn't get thru but was told for a faster response, I should try using the email.

I emailed them I don't know how many times only to be told someone would get back w/me within 24 hours. I'm still waiting & have never seen my credit! I've been ripped off & I'm ticked off! They owe me $156.85 & I want my money back!

If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
