Dishonest, unresolved account, liars... Ripoff

I have received a invoice for $150.00 from this colection agency dated Oct 25 and I called them. I can not and at this point, I do not want to deal whith them, since for them it does not metter what,
I will have to pay! FOR WHAT??? In April I have purchassed one internet card for my laptop from Interstate Connections, located in PETRO Truck Stop in Glade Spring, VA.in less then 30 days, I returned the card at the same location and they refunded the price of it, to the same credit card I have used for purchase. The card, was used with CINGULAR WIRELESS in this time and I have paid for ussage to them. (In fact they are my wireless provider from a year now and I have a wireless internet acct. With them also, using the same type of card0. Now this colection agency appear from nowhere demanding $150. Is no way to deal with them, They told me that I was supossed to return the product in 72 hours for refund!!!?? (This is a lie, I have asked at purchasse time, and they said -30 days! And they took the card back and gave me the refund) I was talk there with "Mr" Heiss Patrick? Collection manager. I consider this, a very BAD business and I am looking for legal help against both Companies since Interstate Connections never tried to contact me and anyway, from where is it come $150.00?? I have other numbers on my receipt!
