RGA Armani Reportage Jacket - M. Pasqualino ripoff, street con artist

I was walking down Regent Rd in San Diego. When this car came up to me. This person named "Emicio" and his friend told me he was a model for a fashion designer. There was a convention down in San Deigo he reported to me. He showed me his passport and he also showed me his card. It was very quick what he showed me, but it seemed to be ligitimate.

He told me he had a dilemma saying that he was unable to pay the tax for the clothing he bought at the fashion show. He told me if I helped him he would pay me back the cash and he would also give me three jackets for free. The brand is RGA Armani jacket.

He told me he got robbed by some Mexican girl at his hotel last night. I don't know why I trusted the person or why I would even help the person but I did. Emicio (the driver) told me that he needed to pay for his rental car which it said it costed $1,714.00 or so, so I told him I will help pay for his car rental. He told me that he justed needed half of the car rental amount.

It seemed like the right thing to do to help a person in need. So I told him that I needed to go to the bank if he was going to get my help since I don't really have that much cash on me. So one of the guys the driver followed me into the bank, while other guys stood outside. The person gave me this odd adress Via Stazip no. 10 and number is home phone is 38/081/485672. And his cell is 39/3387212134. He said he lives in Milano, Italy.

When I got home I decided to check on this and I found out that it was a scam so I lost my cash. I should have given them a travler check but I didn't. This occured on Oct. 26 2006. At 2:00pm. I went to the Wellsfargo at UTC.
