I too went on line to apply for payday advances. I too, completed information required, unaware that any application for a pre-paid credit or debit card was involved. I was trying to see if I qualified for any cash advances only. However, to my surprise, an amount of $159.95 was deducted from my bank account.

After checking with bank it was determined that the deduction was made by this company epreporting.com, of which I had no knowledge. I am in the process of trying to get a refund of the funds deducted. Because I currently have a bank card which allows me to debit my account, I have no use for another debit card.
