Ripoff I applied for a cash advance and received this as part of the sign up for the advance. I tried to opt out of it but couldn't. Then I noticed a withdrawal from my checking acct for 149.50 to USACredit

USAShoppingclub took 149.95 out of my checking acct without my authorization.By the time I could get someone on the phone, they had also taken 19.95 from my acct. I said I wanted my money back and the withdrawls to stop. If not, I would report them to the authorities.

The woman who answered said she could give me back my 19.95 and 114.00 of the 149.50, however this would look bad on my credit reports. That they would send a report to all three agencies that I couldn't be trusted with money.

I told her I didn't care, just give me back my money. She kept going, that she could fix it where I would get my 19.95 back, and 50. Check would also be sent to me. Said that I wanted out of the whole thing, She kept going on about my credit. My boss was standing by to speak with me and I had to get off the phone. So I told her to go ahead for now. But I still want completely out of it, with all my money back and I wanted them to pay the overdraft fees they caused. A total of 54.00. She
then hung up on me. The 50 will probably be a voucher for the club.

I don't know what else to do, but talk to my bank now. They will help me.
