The italian guy approached me at fuel pump and fed me the line he was trying to return home and did not want to pay taxes on coats and he was a designer he also flashed money and said he did not need the money but did not want to pay import tax, he also provided passport and plain ticket also. And also did the same lighter test but but if you take the time look at the label it is badly stitched and the coat has defects and look a the material tag it reads 80% pvc please donot buy look alike
