Its a rip off anytime some one whants mony to give you mony, thats what ive allways ben told. So i got this realy official looking document from The National Prize Reports.
It claims i am the winner of 1.9 mil. Well i took a sec, then said to myself ya wright. So i proceeded to read closely just waiting for them to ask for some mony or an account number.
Well to keep this short, at the end it ask me to pay a 19.99 report fee made payable to NPR.
