Ripoff... Phony advertising company

I was contacted by ADS Enterprise in Feb. 2006 and asked if I would be willing to advertise in their up and coming "Lacey Emergency Guide". They were working with local businesses and real estate offices to distrubute this guide. I would be the only business of my kind in the publication to new residents of our community.
At first the ad they were selling started at $200. After much resistence to their requests, the price dropped several times. I was then convinced that for $99.50 I was getting a "great deal" on this advertising!

The publications were to be delivered in Sept. 2006. After several phone calls and inquires about where the publications were, I was told that they were "upstairs in the graphics department". Since then I have had no answers to my questions, no returns to my calls and am convinced that there will be no publication of this product what so ever!

They are obviously a professional "scam" company.
