Ripped us off with false promises and lies. Ripoff

Recieved a fax toughting that they had qualified buyers in our area to buy our small business.

After being flattered with a preliminary valuation of our business. We bought the bull hook line and sinker. After all they were going to give us our $4,000.00 back if we did not get an offer to buy our business at market value price which they set @ $245,000. I quizzed the Senior Market Analasyst (Salesman) about this guarantee of a refund. I was skeptical and told him that theres probably some hidden clause or missinterpretation of this guarantee. He assured us that it was
plain and simple No Offer @ Market price and we get the $4,000.00 back after 1 yr. HA HA Ha.

I tried calling AAA and the phones are shut off. Thats when I went online to see that we are not alone in this scandal.
