Maria Blacke and her company are Scandelous, coniving, fake, illegal, and drug addicts. I have witnessed it myself. Ripoff

So, I will start from the beginning.

I had gone onto the magazine crew January 22nd of 2005. I was on the crew for 2 days shy of 6 months I left on June 20th. I would like to say that first of all, I went on intending to make a lot of money having fun doing what i love to do, talk to people.

I have never stolen from this company the whole time i was there and even afterwards. I never did drugs while i was on the crew, unlike the owner Maria Blacke, her son Rich, who might I say was on meth and crack when we were in Denver, CO and wherever else we were as well. I fell in love while i was there, with a respectful gentleman named James. He treats everytone with the upmost respect and kindness. I have never met anyone like him ever in my life.

Anyways, back to the point. He was never on drugs either. I wouldn't be with him if he was.in fact, the reason why we left was because of the fact that we were sick and tired of Maria never doing anything about her son or most of her crew, with the exceptions of a few, and when i say a few, i really mean a few, that were not on drugs. We did put money on our books at the end of everynight and we never saw it again.

When James and I told you and Rich that we wanted to leave when we were in Nebraska, you told rich not to take us to your ranch to pick up the rest of our belongings (clothes, blankets, and shoes, valuable possessions). Rich dropped us off at the denver, CO greyhound station with no money, no tickets, nothing but basically ourselves. Very few of our clothes.

So we went inside to the police dept. That was located inside the greyhound bus station and we told them what happend. I did make a report and if needed can recieve it from the police department inide the greyhound bus station in Denver, CO. You guarrenteed us a bus ticket home if we didnt want to stay, and money to go home with (aka the money on our books, which we never saw to this day). What happend with James and Anthony was because of Rich, Adam Porter, and a couple of other kids. Maria Blacke sent them to Jump my fiancee James, and Anthony in my hometown in San Diego. James and Anthony were jumped right down the street from our house. Magazine agents that were still with the company, (adam porter, Rich, and Chris) harrassed me at my work inside the mall trying to find them. They continually harrassed me for at least a weeks time.

I also have one thing to say about you calling your crew independent contractors. We were never independent contractors, we never chose where we worked, when we worked or what we did. I would also like to say that I have never met Christine or J.J. Ever in my life. I had never heard of Christine, however I have heard of J.J. When I sold magazine subscriptions, I ALWAYS told the customer, " if you have any problems with your subscription, call this number on the reciept and ask for J.J. He will help you with any question you have about your subscription."

I would also like to say that there are restraining orders against Maria Blacke, Rich, and Adma Porter in regards to the issues with what happend 9 months ago. You have also slandered mine and James' names over the internet and I would love for you to try and prove to us and others of the comments you have made against us, for they are in no means the truth. I have personally witnessed Maria Blacke smoking pot with her crew, at a get-together she had at her ranch in Elizabeth, CO. She did make people sleep on the floor of a motel room if they did not have enough sales. I have personally slept on the floor due to not having enough sales for the day. They did make us stay out knocking on doors until 10pm in the evening if we didnt meet quota. However I never kept knocking after 8:30-9:00. It is inconsiderate and just plain rude to knock on someones door that late at night. We didn't have soliciting licenses and no one there did. The only reason to why we actually got home to San Diego, CA was due to my mother calling maria and yelling at her because she left us stranded at the greyhound station in denver, CO. Maria claimed she didnt "owe" us anything so that was the reason for her not getting us tickets from the beginning. Adam Porter, Rich and Maria were harrassing me in front of our lawyer at the court house in El Cajon, CA.

From this point on I would like to say to you that you might want to watch what you say about us because it is slander and you making false accusations towards us is unprovable and it is not the truth. We have reported your company to the BBB in denver, co. As well as the IRS in regards to Maria Blacke not paying taxes.

I would like to conclude my statement with this, We are not the only ones this happend to, and we won't be the last either.
