Ripoff Ordered product 6/24/06. Check cashed, never received product

On 6/24/06, I wrote and mailed a check for $59.95 along with the order blank for a two month supply of the patch product. The check cleared my account on 7/13/06.
As of this date, 9/16/06, I still have not received the product. I did not even receive a conformation number or acknowlegement of my order.
