Ripoff took money out of my account for something I did not order And did not get

I went on line to my checking account. And found this company had taken out $49.95.. For something I did not order or have recieved. I have called but got no response.

When I went on line to find the company..
It came up with Rip -off. After trying to call a few more Times. I decided to e-mail you..
