The subject of this consumer complaints is a con-artist by the name of Jim Ferras (Ferris Pshulic), a Muslim native of Checnya. He has bilked investors to the tune of several million dollars by setting up Delaware corporations, telling the investors of fantastic inventions or products that seem to never materialize, organizing multi-level marketing Independent distributors to take orders for products that are most of the time never shipped, collecting the money in advance, paying the distributors for a while to get them hooked after quitting their daytime jobs to "build their dream", then pulling the rug from under them by bankrupting the corporation, moving to another town and starting all over again... He personally burned me to the tune of $5 1/2 mil in earned commissions...

I was informed of this confidentially by the MLM plan computer programmer. Several attempts have been made to sue and "pierce the corporate veil", but he manages to hide all of his assets out of the country, some in Russian Banks. This is a man to steer clear of...
