Ripoff Unauthorized Charge on Credit Card

Last month I had a $24.95 charge from a company called "Deal Pass" on my credit card statement. I immediately disputed this charge and AMEX refunded the amount while they were investigating.

On my newest statement from AMEX though, there is now a $1 charge from a company called "Simply You" and another $24.95 charge from "Simply You". From articles that I've read on usacomplaints.com, they appear to be the same company operating under different names. I have disputed these two new charges, but really don't want to have to hassle with this each and every month. Is there a way to keep them from continually billing my credit card like this?
