Ripoff, liar, dishonest

About 2 months ago I bought saddlebags and a toolbag for my harley from the Bargain Price Wholesale e-business (www.bargainpricewholesale.com).

Saddlebag was$140.00, Toolbag was $15.00 and shipping was $10.00. Both bags I received were TOTALLY DIFFERENT. The saddlebag they sent was $15.00 cheaper than what I paid for.

I emailed VINCE STEAD and he told me that the right bags are on there way. 3 weeks went by and I received nothing. He then just ignored my emails. Then I figured I'd just try and get the $15.00 dollars that he owed me for the $140.00 bags I paid for. Well it's been 2 months and nothing. This guy is RIP-OFF.

Apparently he's done this to a few other people that I found on this internet website.in the search box type in (bargainpricewholesale) and you'll see their complaints.

I still have the emails That I've sent him and the couple of emails that he's sent me.

I really would appreciate for whatever assisstance you can offer.
