Ripoff

I ordered this product on the 15th of June I recieved my package and proceeded to use it. At the time of ordering all I had to do was pay shipping and handling in the amount of 6.95 which I did.

As of two days ago my account was charged 99.85 which in turn put my account in overdraft causing a series of things to be returned. I then called CigArrest to see why they had charged my account and they told me that the 6.95 was for a 30 day supply when in fact they send you a 90 day supply so that they can charge you 99.85 for the last two months. The lady told me that it was on the site about the 99.85 I looked in the terms and conditions and it said nothing about it.

Now I have to wait and see if I will get my money back and in the meanwhile I'm stuck paying numerous overdraft fees. I agree with the one lady who says we should do a class action suit if that is possible let me know.
