Mental abuse nervous breakdown and major ripoff

Upon receiving a letter about a 1.9 million winning I proceed and mail it back with a money order. Although it was just a report fee that they required, I sacrificed my weekly train money and sent it to them, until now I have not heard from them and they have no website, or phone number where to contact them. I am ripped off my weekly train pass, my stability and a shock of thinking I could help my family with that money. I feel mentally abused and ripped off.
