Scam in filing for fraudulant law suits to unsuspecting individuals ripoff

I got a letter form my city hall claiming that a judgement had been rendered against me from MRC Receivables Corp. I had never heard of this company and they were sending corespondances to me at my old address from 3 years ago. If you recieve a letter like this do what I did:

I filed for a police report under stolen identity and contacted city hall with all proper documentation that I don't even live at the address that the company said I lived at then I tried to contact MRC with no luck. That is the first step to getting these guys and the law takes it from there.
