Lynnwood WA ripoff cheat steal fraud fraudulent

I have tried an uncountable amount of time to get in touch with this guy, I have 4 phone numbers, 2 addresses, and even his moms name... And I still cant get in touch with him.

I have filed a complaint with my credit card processor, and will get my money in two days, but thats not good enough for me, personally.

I cant contacted various government agencies and hopefully something will be done about this.
