GVC winstar, gvcnetworks, gvcinet, has went out of business a number of times, layed off employees, then opens under a new name and hires new employees before they pay what their past employees are owed. Beware of gvc winstar, they are not fair to employees. Gvc winstar and Kirk dudley continue their business without regaurd to who they left in their wake.
