Ripoff fraud claiming to receive grant money

I was contact by Citizen Sercices Management saying that I would recieve a grant and I only had to pay 349.00 which I paid and it was taken out of my account on January. When I realize they kept giving me different information each one that I talked to I realized I had been ripped off to say the least. I would call and it was always an excused papers would be sent. They would tell me each week call back the next and the next and as I told them I wanted some action I was tried of their games. I have been calling and calling and the phone line is busy all the no matter when you call them. So here it is August and still no refund at all, I realize that it want be one. I still want some type of justice for the ripped off if possible.
