Ripoff cleaned out my bank account

Who are these people and what service do they provide. My bank account has been cleaned out by them. Does any body know what to do about this. I have tried to contact them but only get the push this button to do this and that. I do not have a web site, nor do I use a credit card machine. If there is any help out there how can I find it?
