Ripoff Robert Panfili took a deposit of 30,000 to buy his business the sale didn't happen and Mr. Panfili won't return my deposit

My friend and i wanted to purchase american pharmaceutical sales association from robert panfili, and we were to put a deposit of 50,000 dollars total and the rest would be financed. We could not get financed because we did not have enough assets.

Mr. Panfili refuses to give back our deposit, he says we voided our contract, there was never a contract signed.

Mr. Panfili father who is also linked to this business deal somehow, says they will give back the money, but this has been going on for 10 months now.
