Ripoff STOLE money from me by SELLING dolls she NEVER mailed

I bought 2 cabbage patch kids dolls from Taheera and paid for priorty shipping and del confirmation SHE has not send the dolls to me says they are IN THE MAIL and she included EXTRA for me. 3 WEEKS and she does not answer my emails has not emailed me the DELIVERY Confirmation number. I have not received the dolls. Can't check to see if they are lost in the mail because she does not email me DEL confirmation so that I can track package. DO not trust this college student who needs the money but does not give up the goods.
CANNOT trust her. She stole my money and has not refunded it back to me or SENT the package.
