Paid over $6,000 for a water system several years back.
Have called over & over for repairs being charged $75.00 for service & additional for parts. The call were very frequent.

I ended up paying monthly for repairs. The office personal was very rude. System was susposed to be under warranty but it seemed that all the parts I needed "WAS NOT COVERED"??

I have since given up and the system I purchased just sits there and can not be used! The system has never worked right and now just sits there. I can not see throwing more money to them for a system that will fail within a week or so. Please be advied,
