Ripoff! I'm filing with my bank to dispute this! How dare they!

I received an email from GSA and numerous calls from them. I told them I wasn't interested. First I was told there was only a $3.95 shipping and handling charge.
Now after reviewing my bank account they not only charged $3.95 but an additional $49.95! When I inserted the disc it tells me any and all information in my computer will be accessed by them! This includes any information on my computer! BEWARE!
