Fraudulent unethical program. Took money and did not deliver. I sued Homes and Units and won! Ripoff

I joined this program in March. Homes and Units promised that they had a program called the VIP program, which would find you properties that would not need a down payment and would have a breakeven or positive cash flow.

I was a total beginner and did not know that it was impossible in that market or this one for that matter. They did not deliver on that promise. That is why I signed up!

They also had classes which were the most disorganized way of teaching I have ever seen with badly made copies for class material.

They also had pre-construction properties that you paid another $1000 for each one. She took in a lot of money for them but I am one of the few on the waiting list who got one. I was in escrow when I found out Virginia Swanson was not going to cover the negative cash flow as promised.in fact she promised no negative cash flow at all. But there was a sizable negative.

I ended up taking her to small claims court twice in Glendale. I won a partial judgment on one case and a full judgment on the other. I also collected my money. So if anyone is interested, court proceedings are public record. Go look up how many times she has been taken to court.
