Refuse to honor their money back guarantee ripoff

This company offers a money back guranteed on their book. I filled out the return form, enclosed it with the book amd mailed it back (with delivery confirmation) on Dec. 12. It was delivered on Dec. 21 but as of today I HAVE NOT received a refund.

I have sent 4 letters with a copy of the delivery confirmation slip asking for my refund but I have not received a reply yet. The company has their book back and MY MONEY.
