Unbelievable ripoff i filled out the form until i got to the part asking for money

When i saw this in the mail box i never believed it anyway. It would be too easy. Then i got my hopes up a little enough to fill out the form until i got up to the part where they ask for money and i would get some coupon book. How would these people like receiving such an offer at their home? I don't want my mailing address on any junk mailing list much less a fraudulent mailing list. It's a waste of time.
