Scammed for 460.00 dollars and asked for a refud he laughed and called me a joker ripoff

Last October, I visited compute in to have my dell 2400 pc repaired. I spoke to the owner, "Mark" and was told my computer could not be repaired. I asked "Mark" if i could purchase a dell 3000 pc new and was told yes and the supposed order was placed. A few weeks later "Mark" called to inform me my computer was in. I picked the pc up which was enclosed in a box and when I Opened it at home i discovered a cheap Chinese pc i had never heard of with no installation cds like windows or drivers. Absolutely nothing to make the pc functional. I contacted "Mark" of Compute and was told to bring in my copy of windows xp from my dell and all suppoting dell cds which he would install on the chinese knockoff. I questioned the legallity of this and "Mark" stated the cds broke while trying to install. I then asked "Mark" if i could have my old pc back and stated that it had been destroyed. I then asked for a refund of the 460.00 for the chinese knockoff and was refused. I then told "Mark" that i would contact the BBB. "Mark" laughed and told me to go right ahead and then became verbally abusive calling me a quote "clown" "comedienne" "joker" and so on. I left the store and a few minutes after arriving home the phone rang. When i answered it was "Mark" with more verball abuse. I hung up on him and he kept calling to the point to where i had to call the police. I am on disability and have an 8yr old daughter to support. 460.00 may not seem much to "Mark" but its alot to us. I dealt with compute in good faith and feel others should know this scam artist.
