Ripoff, fraud, the biggest waste of money ever, STAY AWAY

ITT Technical Institute is the biggest waste of money ever. You can file a report with HQ and all they tell you is they can't substantiate your claim. They are never any help. Your credits will not transfer. Getting a degree from ITT is like not having a degree at all. No one respects this company. The tuition is high as hell and the instructors are not qualified to teach.

The school staff are the most uncaring people ever. The people they put on the commercials are probably the only people that do good. Every 1 out of 100 students actually get a good job and are able to support themselves. The rest of us are only offered $10 an hour jobs. No one wants to hire ITT grads because they know that we are unprepared for the workforce and we haven't learned anything that would benefit their company.

ITT will accept anyone. They will let you cheat on the entrance exam because they want you to come to their expensive school so they can steal your money. Most people don't know this but you can file a complaint with ACICS which is the company that provides their accrediation. You should complain to them about the shady service you're getting.

I think most of the employees that work for the company hate it. You can tell by the way the instructors are teaching the courses. They act as if they don't want to be there. They hardly even teach anything. We are constantly getting new staff members because their bosses treat them like $hit. No one wants to work the company. The turnover rate is really high. It's like every few months we have new staff members. One day I was in the hall and I heard the school director going off on some of the staff members (and they wonder why they can't keep anyone). We have staff members that come to work drunk or some t hat will drink at work.

Save your money and go to a community college. You'll get a better education and your credits will transfer. I had one company tell me that they were not going to hire me because I was an ITT student. WTF! ITT tries to make students believe that they'll get these great jobs because they're attending ITT but the truth is, no one respects the place. If you want to throw away $30 - $75 thousand I'll take it because that's all you're doing is throwing your money away.

Please beware that ITT will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door then they don't uphold their end. Make sure you get everything in writing. If they guarntee you that you'll have a certain schedule, get it in writing. What's going to happen is a lot of the stuff they tell you during your enrollment period is a lie and just something to make you enroll. Then when they don't uphold their end and you contact HQ they won't help you. They'll quote something out of the student catalog and that's the end of it. They don't do anything at all to help students. They make you feel like $hit for even calling in.

Most people don't know that HQ was raided by the FBI. Look it up, it's all over the internet. I'm sure that's not something they tell you during your enrollment period.
