Ripoff fraudgulent activity on internet

Company IW SBA express offers introductory offer re: small business loans sends a cd you have 14 days to review it or send it back for introductory fee of $3.95
I shipped the CD back after 5 days with confirmation

Company recieved shipment and continued to charge me a monthly fee of $29.95 for Jan Feb Mar Apri May June

After various attempts with different phone numbers was finally able to speak with a supervisor. Requested 3 months back and confirmation of cancellation. This was not ordered by myself

They are being reported to better business bureau and federal trade commission for activity unfair practices to the consumer

The product had been returned within required date and this should have cancelled all activity.

Supervisor agreed to cancel 7/3/06 and reimburse account 3 months @ 29.95 said it would be 5-10 business days before it will hit my account I will follow up as I had stated to supervisor on July 12th if money is not credited to account

Advised her that I would report company to RIP OFF Federal Trade commission and better business bureau.
