Company charged my card 9.99, other out there check your bank statements don't let them do this to you. Ripoff

This company has charged my bank savings account 9.99 dollars the month of may 31. I'm still checking to see if they have done this previously given that I have never checked my bank statements until now and look at what I've found. I have tried to contact this company several times, and of course too many customers are on the line so they hang up on me or keep me wating until there is no more tone.
