I have notice on my bank statement and on my internet bank account, which are one and the same, that I keep getting this mysterious withdrawal of $9.95 at the end of every month, on or around the 25th to the 30th.

I do not recall what this is for or if I even approved this transaction. I cannot seem to find any information on this WEBUSA people/group either anymore. My supposed account # for this transaction is:

Again, as I said, I have not been able to contact them and this withdrawal has been going on for at least 6 months now.
