Fradulent billing and finance charges rip off

Hello,
I hope people look at this report and stay away from dell financial.

At first i would not receive statements by mail even after confirming my right mail address more than twice and no one in the customer service department was ready to let me know how can i look at my account online just to make sure how much i have paid and keep track of my balances.instead when the collections department which is based in india would call me to suggest that me that i should mail the check anyway without looking at my account or my statement (yea rite so that i have no clue whats going on with my account).

Then the collections agents and even supervisors would promise me that they would take the charges of payment over the phone off but it so happened that for every payment of $35 over the phone they added $13 as a phone payement fee to my principal amount and it kept rising without me even realizing just because i believed at what the agents promised me and then when i took it to customer service they said that they dont care if a supervisor in collections said that because they (collectoins supervisors) dont have the authority (and how was i supposed to know that).

Finally fed up and my account in collections i tried to get rid of it and pay it off completely. I found out i couldnt do it with customer service. Called up collections and the guy over the phone said again that he would give a final settlement price and i can make a complete payment. Thinkin this would be the end of dell i went ahead and made the full payment of $1000 over the phone. Soo this should be the end it right... Not quite. Turns out the $100 the collections guy had taken off (financial charges) supposedley, were still in the system and two months later i get a call back from dell saying that i have a balance.

Me shocked at this point tried to explain him over the phone that one of the agents said that my account balance was nill and i am all set with dell but he wouldnt listen. Finally he said that he would put me on Dispute so that the accomplaince manager can take a look at the account. I agreed but guesss what the supervisor never did. I have no clue what he did, but for the next 3 months i kept getting calls ever 15 days with their automatic system and when a agent comes up on the phone he's like oh ur account is on dispute, he confirmed the address and hung up. Mind you at this point i am thinkin they are working on the account, but guess what they kept adding finance charges and late fees and the account got stuck back in Collections.

I tried to call customer service again to let them know that supervisor had told me that he put the account under dispute but all the customer service had to say is they cant do anything because Collections does not have the authority. I say if they dont have a the authority how does a customer find out, by getting ripped off. I have not to pay off the remaining balance which is not $300. But more than money is about the a company's policy and Business ethics.

I had good credit history and all my other bills are always fullly paid, and i never keep balance on any credit card every month, but dell has destroyed my credit history. And is continuing to do so. If your reading this... Please please stay away from dell.

Also please can someone suggest me how to report to credit bureau so that i can make them aware of what's going on and try and fix my credit. Also i would like to reach out and do something about all the money dell financial has scammed from me. I would like to get it back. Is there any way i can achieve this??
