I received this letter, they cashed my check, so while I was waiting for a check in the mail, I receive a notice from Prize Search Express, basically the same information, but the kicker is Paul Loukedus' name signed at the bottom.

Now he is operating out of New Hampshire too. They need to catch this guy. His letters look like legal documents, this new one, P.S.E. Has a certificate on it.

What can we do to stop him? When does it end?
