Ripoff misrepesent the ability to sell timeshare in the time frame verbally agreed! Very deceptive

I was lead to beleive this company was the leading in timeshare resells & rental. The saleman assured my husband & I that our rental would sell in 6mos. Or less. He would personally work the deal. He gave no indication that our rental would be among hundeds of rentals just like ours sitting on a web page. Most importantly if we understood how the company actually worked We would not have invested.

The way the salesman explains the program and the way the contract is worded leaves you to beleive what the salesperson said is true, and the big loop hole that you discover later only than is the reality of your contract as is many others.

This company's salesman made verbal statments to my husband & I about the ability to keep up their end of the contract I feel were not true, misleading, not of the norm as verbally stated to get you to invest. I also feel it needs to rectify so many unsatified clients by forfilling their contract as the number one leading resales company.

Also for future contracts don't have their salesperson state misleading facts. This company I feel needs to be looked into against FLORIDA Statues 497.445

I will post any up dates pertaining to my case. I asked for a refund early in this contract and was denied. No Benefit to me.
