Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent

I have found out that this is a fraudulant company and that my ex-girlfriend signed my name on the lease. I had nothing to do with this and I don't expect to have to pay this $1,690.12. They say this will go on my credit report. This is not right. I want this removed from my debt.
