Pre-paid tele-a-check $840.00 for an order and never received merchandise ripoff

This company took our money by check over phone ($840.00) and never sent merchandise. I have a paid receipt that Fred Strom & Associates faxed to me.

I have made several calls to them and have always got a recording except one time Aaron answered (6-7-06). He said he would get back with me, but never did.

The invoice is dated 5-10-06 #10791. We have ordered supplies from him before and received them, so I don't know why this time is different. They were in a different state so this is also curious.

Please help. Our bank said since they have cashed the check we cannot stop payment. What are our options? How can they get away with this?
