I'm trying to fix my somewhat damaged credit scores. So I actually belong to two different services and also order my reports directly from the bureaus. I joined Identity Guard and they subtracted the 24.95 dollar fee from my bank account then a few days later 9.99 for the monthly charge.

I contacted customer service explainihg that the scores they showed did not jive with what the bureaus and my other service were showing. After some time and not even a response from them I cancelled. They never credited me for them doing such a horrible job. I will update this report with any more changes. Positive or negative.
