THis is a new form of scam that is now being investigated by the U.S. Postal Inspector this is the 2nd time that I have received one of these letters. DO NOT throw away the envelop and take it to your local post master for them to report fraudulent mail senders. They will handle everything it only takes about 15 minutes but this needs to STOP!"If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is" from my local post office. Unfortunately people are sending money to these people and it takes everyone to report it before they can stop it.
