Very rude, harrassing phone calls, knowing personal info I did not give them ripoff

I have been recieving phone calls on my answering machine to call Ken Hughes, that it was not a solicitation call. This has been going on for a few months. Today June 2 A man named Brian called and told me he was from Merchants Credit Guide and told me I owed them over 3,000 dollars. He asked me if i ever had a visa acct I asked him how he got that info. He could not even give me the original creditor I owed.

I know I don't owe them I deal strictly with my original creditors on bills I owe. He demanded me to pay them 100.00 when my disability check came in.

I asked him to send me a letter of verification of my debt, and he said they did, I don't ever remember recieving a letter from them. I am recovering from brain surgery and also am currently expecting a new baby in a week.

This call today from that compan made me so upset I cried. This type of harrasment and uncaring people on the other end of the phone should not happen to any one. I took todays phone call as a threat.
