Ripoff, $5000.00 US, NO SUPPORT, NO ACTION, Dishonest, Where are they NOW!

I went to a seminar in Canada to go to their 3 day seminar, it was interesting and was thinking of going with a family member. BUT, then I received a call from Auction advisor about their course which was 8 weeks of classes and all the support you needed for 1 year, telephone access, more warehouses available, extra help whenever you needed. The cost $5000.00. We talked about it, and decided to go ahead with it. Auction advisors said we would become ambassadors (in a way, teaching others on how to become successful as we were to become). Gave they our credit card, and started to receive the info needed, started classes, everything was going great, but I never received the receipt for the $5000 so I could claim it on my income tax as an business expense. That's all I wanted!!! BUT NO ONE has ever come up with the receipt! Ryan Phillips, who was my coach, I find out is actually someone in the office who handles customer accounts, when I told the girl on the phone that he was my coach, she said she was surprised. She said he was not a coach. Things just started to go from bad to worse. I got in touch with my credit card company, and now I am looking into hiring a lawyer if things are now resolved soon!
